Lets share Ruby focused podcasts or videocasts here.
I and my friends are doing a Ruby focused live program every Wednesday on Youtube. It’s called Yakut. It’s in Turkish 
but you can use auto translation feature for it (I am not sure how it works)

Ruby website has a list of recommended podcasts but not all of them post frequently. I also have enjoyed listening to these podcasts: RubyGems, Dead Code.
